Shipping, refunds & more



You will always be provided with a tracking number. All our orders are processed instantly and shipped out between 1 to 4 business days. If your order includes different products they may come in different packages to ensure faster delivery. Shipping takes between 3 to 12 business days depending on the country you've ordered from and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

We reserve the right to refuse the processing of an order in whole or in part, for any or no reason, at any time at our sole discretion, if we suspect fraud for exemple. We accept returns but don't offer order cancellations. 

Digital Nomad Corner is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, national holidays, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.



You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 30 days from the order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should email us first at support@digitalnomadcorner.com.
Do not send your order back without the approval of our support team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.



Promo codes or special offers can't be cumulated.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
